Q: Our company wants to set up remote access so that we can work from home, what do we need to do to make this happen?
A: There are several software packages that can make this happen, but this is what we recommend. You need to have high speed internet at each location, with a static IP address at your office. You then need to configure the router to allow for remote access, as well as some configuration changes to the workstation. We would be happy to handle all of this for you!
Q: We have a computer that has a virus on it, what can you do for us?
A: The least expensive solution would be to bring your infected computer to our office to be cleaned of the virus. If that is not an option, Expert Networking can dispatch a technician to your office to remove the viruses on site, or possibly remove the infected computer for work at our office.
Q: Do you have old used workstation or laptops that you resell?
A: No, at the current price structure available on the market it does not make sense for us to store and attempt to resell old computer equipment. We do, however, maintain a relationship with Dell though which we are able to obtain new equipment for our clients.
Q: What is your service territory?
A: Our current territory covers roughly a 60 mile radius around downtown Cleveland. It extends west to Sandusky and Put-In-Bay, east to Ashtabula, and south to the Akron/Canton area.
Q: Our company has IT staff in another state, they want us to do work that we are not comfortable performing. Can you come do the work for us?
A: We work with a number of companies already in similar situations. We can come out and do as much or as little as needed to complete your projects.
