Remote support is as simple as a few clicks!

You must enable the program to run.  In order to do so, you will have to address dialog boxes resembling the ones below.  Your dialog boxes might alternatively say “Open” instead of “Run”.

Then you will have to share your ID and password with our technician as shown below.  That’s it!
